Refunds / Cancellations
Ridley Learning offers a money-back satisfaction guarantee! If you aren't happy with your purchase, we will provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy below.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION:
A customer may terminate their subscription at any time, however whether you receive a refund is based on the Refund Policy as outlined below.
REFUNDS:
When no other reasonable accommodation is available for a customer’s challenge, a refund may be issued in accordance with the policies below.
Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Ridley will issue a refund, minus any non-refundable fees, or course rates as outlined below, within 45 days from the request to the original form of payment only.
Subscription Product - Refunds will be pro-rated based upon the number of completed CPE hours. Each completed hour will be assessed at the existing “per-hour” rate and deducted from the refund amount. Per course rates are listed online within the course catalog. For example, if a subscription is purchased, and a 5 CPE credit course is completed, the student will be eligible to receive a refund of the subscription price, less the currently advertised 5 CPE course price.
A-La-Carte Product - Refunds for a-la-carte product purchases are available when: The product purchased has not been completed, and no certificate has been issued. For any mailed product, the refund will be calculated minus shipping fees.
EXCHANGES:
Subscription Product - Exchanges for a subscription product are available to downgrade the applicable subscription to a lesser subscription tier when none of the completed courses are available only at the current subscription tier. The downgrade will occur at the current (non-promotional) rate for the requested subscription.
A-La-Carte Product - Exchanges for a-la-carte product purchases are available when: The product purchased has not been completed, and no certificate has been issued. The product will be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value. For any exchange where the new product is valued at a higher rate than the current product, the student will be responsible for the price difference prior to receipt of the exchanged product. For any mailed product, the exchange will incur new shipping fees for the exchanged product.
Free Trials - For some membership / course trials, we may require you to provide your payment details in order to start the trial. Upon collection of this information, we will attempt to verify the information you entered by processing an authorization hold. We do not charge you in connection with this authorization hold, but your available balance or credit limit may be reduced.
At the end of such trials, you will be billed for your selected membership / course in whole or part (monthly, annually, or quarterly) as designated during the checkout process. By providing your payment details, you agree to the authorization as described above and to the membership payment using such payment details.
If you do not want to continue your membership, you must cancel your free trial prior to the billing period.
